To summarize: if W/we do not have an existing relationship then your tone should be formal and no Lady with Whom you’re not close should ever be addressed with patronizing endearments such as “hun”, “dear”, “baby”, “love” etc. See My instructions about My correct honorifics or avoid using any at all.
